Our founder, John Alexander Killalea, has spent 15 years in the property insurance claim validation industry. Working for numerous claim validation companies and looking after the interests of every major UK insurer. Whilst he ensured that policyholders got everything they were entitled to, he grew increasingly concerned about those elderly and vulnerable customers whose insurance policy's were unable to assist them. Usually when claims get declined it is a minor inconvenience but for those who don’t have the funds or help available to them it can be devastating. There is a growing number of people in the UK who can't afford to get their properties repaired if their claim is declined.
